Colocation

Optic Fusion has two locations in the Puget Sound area: Seattle Colocation in the Westin Building, and Tacoma Colocation in the Perkins Building.

The key to Optic Fusion's resilient IT infrastructure is a dual-site data center design, in which both data centers are connected by a dedicated high-speed network. Optic Fusion's real-time data replication between these two data centers insures that in the event that one goes down, the other one takes over automatically. Our Internet access redundancies and data replication from our dual data center design allows us to offer a 100% uptime guarantee.

Perkins Building

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) at our Perkins Building location provides 24/7 monitoring and surveillance of our facilities, equipment and the customer colocation area. Technical support can be provided on an as needed basis for customers who require mission critical and after hours emergency support. Our support staff sits just outside the data center, meaning that when a customer speaks to our technicians, the same technician physically checks on your equipment.
